Paediatric Complex Care Nurse (1:1 Home & School)

Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a NMC Registered Paediatric Nurse (RNC) to support a child with complex healthcare needs in Bristol. This 1:1 role focuses on home-based care and collaboration with families and therapists to promote wellbeing.

You'll deliver high-quality paediatric nursing, manage tracheostomy and PEG feeding, and work within a multidisciplinary team to help the child thrive at school and in the community.
