Job Description

Cpl Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) for Paediatric Complex Care in homecare. The role is full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, leading a team to provide care to children with complex needs at home.

The CNM1 will provide clinical leadership, coordinate scheduling, and work closely with families and the broader MDT to ensure high-quality outcomes. A paediatric qualification and leadership experience are essential.
