Paediatric Clinical Support Worker - Community & Neurodiversity

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join our Community Paediatrics Service, primarily based in Luton but serving Bedfordshire and surrounding areas across clinics, schools, homes and community venues.

You will assist with behaviour, sleep and continence strategies, support the Neurodiversity Early Awareness pathway, and help run parent workshops. Training and induction are provided to support families and professionals working together.
