Our Home is seeking a Packing Machine Operator to join our packaging team. The PMO will operate and maintain packing equipment, ensuring efficient, safe production while leading and training staff in the packing area.

This role emphasizes adherence to food safety programs, proactive communication with the group and maintenance teams, and the ability to handle occasional overtime and weekend work as needed.
