As a Packer, you will be responsible for packing our freshly baked products safely and efficiently, ensuring that they are ready for delivery or sale. You will work as part of a team to ensure the products are packed to the highest standard while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack bread, pastries, and other baked goods in line with company standards and customer requirements
• Ensure products are protected to maintain quality and presentation
• Check products for accuracy, quantity, and variety before packing
• Apply correct labels including product details and best before dates
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and food safety at all times

About You:

• Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
• Able to work well as part of a team with clear communication skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting
• Reliable, organised, and able to follow instructions accurately
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
• Previous packing or food production experience is an advantage but not essential

Shift Pattern: Shift Pattern: This role operates on a rolling rota, working any five days out of seven each week. Working hours are 3.00 am to 11.00 am.

Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour
