Packaging Strategy & Innovation Lead

John Lewis plc, Bracknell, is seeking a strategic packaging leader to set the direction for packaging development and to guide a four-person team in delivering sustainable, innovative solutions.

The role reports to the Head of Own Brand, Central Ops, and requires strong experience in retail packaging strategy, regulatory navigation, and cross-functional collaboration to support the business through NPD and ethics objectives.
