Packaging Operator

Are you passionate about creating exceptional products and experiences? We're looking for aPackaging Operator to join our dynamic team, working alongside our Brewers and Packaging Team to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of our packaging lines.

What You'll Do:

• Work 10 x shifts over 3 weeks of weekdays (2 x 3 day weeks + 1 x 4 day week). No night shifts.
• Operate and maintain bottle and keg line equipment with precision and care.
• Troubleshoot and repair packaging line equipment to keep production flowing.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation across all packaging areas.
• Conduct quality checks and complete documentation to the highest standards.
• Safely drive a forklift truck (FLT) to support operations.
• Champion health and safety practices, ensuring a safe workplace for everyone.

What You'll Bring:

• A passion for quality and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical skills to handle troubleshooting and repairs.
• Familiarity with packaging line machinery (desirable).
• An FLT licence or willingness to obtain one.
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a drive to excel in every task.
