Packaging Operator 3 Shifts

Wat je gaat doen As a Packaging Operator, you'll be responsible for keeping our advanced packaging lines running smoothly. You'll work with high-speed machines, solve technical issues, and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards before heading out to millions of consumers around the globe.

Your key responsibilities:

• Operate, adjust and changeover packaging machinery;
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently;
• Coordinate with the technical team for complex malfunctions;
• Continuously monitor quality and production output;
• Support improvements by suggesting smarter, safer, or more efficient ways of working;
• Collaborate with your shift team to maintain flow and performance across the line.
