Packing OperativesWe are recruiting reliable Packing Operatives to join a busy packing team. This role is ideal for candidates with factory or warehouse experience who are looking for extra hours in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and label products to specified requirements
• Inspect items for quality and report any defects
• Operate basic packing machinery where required
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Work as part of a team to ensure orders are dispatched on time

Skills and experience required

• Previous factory or warehouse experience is essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift and move boxes
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
• Basic numeracy and literacy

Hours and location

• Full-time and part-time hours available
• Shift patterns may include early starts, afternoons or last minute requirements depending on site needs
