paper republic is one of the world's fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce, and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team of over 135 people with more than 30 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop in the first district, making it a unique, fun, and beautiful place to work. Now we're looking for someone to join us full-time and help keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

• You'll support us with the processing of all our orders
• You'll fulfill customers' personalization requests on our embossing machine
• You'll assist in picking and packaging our products
• You'll be responsible for stamping shipments and ensuring delivery to our end customers
• You'll assist us in organizing the storage of materials and maintain accurate inventory in the warehouse
• You'll support us in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth collaboration with our production and customer support teams
• You'll ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse

• Ideally, you already have experience in order processing and packaging
• You like to stand and move during your work and are physically fit
• You are motivated, focused, and organized
• You enjoy working according to structured workflows
• You are flexible and can handle stressful situations
• You enjoy working in a team and proactively contribute ideas and solutions
• You have a passion for notebooks, leather, and craftsmanship
