Main purpose of the roleWe have an exciting opportunity for a PA to join us supporting our Scotland region, based from the regional office in Glasgow. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for setting the direction of the administration function and is accountable for the office management.
The postholder will also arrange meetings, conferences and workshops as requested including internal catering and travel arrangements. They will attend meetings, coordinating any necessary paperwork for example agenda and minutes, and will set up and manage the electronic filing and information systems, ensuring consistency across our regional businesses and applying best practice and innovative new processes.

They will be collaborative, confident, friendly and helpful with strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal colleagues at all levels, specifically at the Executive level. The ideal candidate will have a straightforward approach, clear use of written English, high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and accountability, handling confidential information with complete integrity.
We are looking for someone who has experience within a similar role as a PA within a fast paced business. Experience working within a similar role within Housebuilding would put candidates at a distinct advantage.
