Job Description

  • Manage the Operations Director's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and transportation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Line management responsibilities for two members of staff.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for easy access to important documents.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PA to Operations Director should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in a school/education setting.
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in work output.
