Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief People Officer.
- Manage the CPO's demanding diary, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support the coordination of departmental projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organisational policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful PA to Chief People Officer should have:
- Previous experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role, supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills - must be capable of managing conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise and triage inbound communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to a high level, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
