Men's Physical Performance Coach

Oxfordshire Cricket are delighted to invite outstanding candidates to apply for the role of Men's Physical Performance Coach. This is a pivotal role to support our mission to make cricket "open for all", with the successful candidate contributing to the delivery of a sustainable, high performing talent development system.

The Role at a Glance

The Men's Physical Performance Coach will work alongside the Head Coach, Performance Director and wider coaching team to deliver the Men's representative programme and achieve key strategic targets. The focus will be to lead the physical development, performance, and injury prevention strategies to maximise physical performance, player availability and growth. This role is pivotal in accelerating player development and delivering success within the National Counties Cricket Association (NCCA) competitions.

  • Salary: £25.50 per hour (coaching) and £142.50 per day (match day rate).
  • Position Type: Casual (commencing 3rd May 2026)
  • Engagement Period: 1st January to 30th September annually, aligning with the preparation and competition phase of the men's annual programme cycle.
  • Location: Within and outside of Oxfordshire (travel required)
  • Reporting to: Performance Director
