Front Office Receptionist Duties:

• Hotel guests' welcome with check in administration
• Showing guests to their bedrooms with full venue and bedroom information
• Liaising with other departments to ensure we are always ready for each guest, including special requests
• Ensuring our Hotel guests' departure goes smoothly with check out administration, including payments
• Office duties including filing and reporting
• Assisting guests with their telephone and email enquiries/reservations, offering friendly advice to sell our bedrooms, dining and Thai massage services, and up sell other products
