Overnight Store Leader: Build Teams, Drive KPIs

Sainsbury's is seeking a nightshift manager to lead overnight store operations at the Cheadle store. You will supervise a small team of managers, ensure replenishment and readiness for customers next day, and work with the store leadership to plan trading activities.

The role requires people management, scheduling, training, and employee relations, with a strong focus on safety, KPI delivery and data interpretation. Night shifts run 22:00-08:00 with a £4,500 premium.
