Overnight NHS 111 Call Handler - Make a Difference

HUC in Welwyn Garden City is seeking 111 Call Handlers to join a busy NHS 111 and Out of Hours team. The role covers overnight shifts across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, delivering urgent and non-urgent advice with compassionate communication.

You will complete a comprehensive 6-week full-time training programme (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) starting 19 October 2026, with funded training and a strong support network. This is a permanent, full- or part-time post with excellent NHS benefits.
