Overnight Crew Member

Join us as an Overnight Crew Member and you'll become part of a team that works together to provide the best customer experience all through the night. As an Overnight Crew Member, you'll make it happen, whether you're preparing food, serving on the till or being out in the dining areas looking after our customers' needs. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. Provide friendly, fast and accurate service. Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction. Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures. Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member. That means hot food in a clean and friendly restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food.
• Serve on the till.
• Assist customers in dining areas.
• Deliver highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years old.
• Able to work between midnight and 5am.
• Effective communication skills (attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact).
• Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
• Genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy and ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued all through the night.
