Overnight Children's Support Worker - Empower & Protect

Paragon Social Care is seeking a Children's Support Worker to help young people in residential settings across Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. You will provide safe, trauma informed support, build trust, and promote independence while helping achieve individual goals.
