Overnight Care Assistant for Young Client - Night Shifts

MCS Healthcare in Radstock is seeking Health Care Assistants for night shifts to support a young client at home with learning disabilities and epilepsy. You will provide personal and emotional support, monitor wellbeing overnight, and promote comfort and safety in a calm, respectful manner.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of care experience, PMVA training, and the ability to build trust with the family. A compassionate, patient approach and willingness to follow care plans are essential.
