Senior VFO / VFO Team Leader
£38,000 - £45,000 DOE
Clark Wood are working with an established accountancy firm in Coventry who are looking to recruit a Senior VFO / VFO Team Leader as a priority.
This is a key role within the VFO team, managing a portfolio of clients while providing leadership, support and development to the wider team.
The Role

• Manage a portfolio of VFO / outsourced finance clients
• Act as a key point of contact for clients
• Oversee the delivery of outsourced finance services
• Provide leadership and support to the VFO team
• Review work and ensure quality and deadlines are met
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Work closely with the VFO Manager
• Support the continued development of the VFO service

About YouThe ideal candidate will have:

• ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant experience
• Previous experience in VFO, outsourced finance or finance team leadership
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Experience managing workloads and supporting a team
• A commercial and proactive approach
• The ability to work independently and take ownership
