Outsourcing Operations Leader

ProTalent Limited, working with a well-established accountancy firm, is seeking an experienced outsourcing delivery professional to join the team in the South East England. The role focuses on delivering high-quality outsourcing reporting, payroll, bookkeeping and client service, with scope to drive efficiency and process improvements.

The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 5+ years PQE in outsourcing or delivery roles, and is proficient in QuickBooks, Xero and Sage.
