Outreach Youth & Family Support Worker

Waythrough is seeking a passionate Children, Young People & Family Worker to join our Young People Team in an outreach-based role across the community. You will support children, young people and families to reduce harm from substance use and improve overall wellbeing, delivering tailored interventions and building strong relationships with service users.

Based in Bishop Auckland with flexible community engagement, this post requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
