Outreach Support Worker for Young People in Leeds (Temp)

Semester.co.uk is hiring a Young People Leaving Care Outreach Support Worker in Leeds. This temporary, full-time role runs 37.5 hours weekly, 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, to start immediately. Responsibilities include transport, inductions, and supporting vulnerable service users under care plans.

The position requires a valid UK driving licence with business insurance, and DBS checks are preferred. NVQ3 in relevant field is desirable; training will be provided as needed.
