Outreach Recovery Worker

At Turning Point, we support people across England with substance use issues. We currently have three vacancies in Slough (START) as Outreach Recovery Workers where you can make a real difference to peoples' lives.

• Manage a caseload of clients.
• Undertake assessments.
• Develop person-centred recovery plans and support them to turn things around.
• Work closely with rough sleepers, vulnerable and complex clients who struggle to engage in treatment and help reduce crime in the borough.
• Operate early morning and late night shifts.
• Collaborate with the housing team, mental health workers and medical staff to ensure all aspects of the client's well being are catered for.

• Starting salary of £25,870 rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, rising to £30,265 per year.
• Additional £726 OFW (dependent on experience you may be offered a starting salary above the initial starting salary).
