Outreach Mentor - Empower SEMH Learners (Flexible Hours)

Pivot Outreach Programme (POP) in Kirklees is seeking a passionate Outreach Mentor to support learners with SEMH needs and help re-engage them with education. The role focuses on combining academic, pastoral and community-based learning experiences to build confidence and remove barriers to learning.
