Outpatient Scheduling Coordinator

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is looking for an individual to manage outpatient appointment bookings within a busy call centre. The post involves collaborating with various staff members to maintain patient access service quality.

Essential qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths and strong communication and organisational skills. Administrative experience is beneficial, and training will be provided. This role is vital in ensuring patients receive a high-quality service from their first contact with the Trust.
