Mission of the Position:

To support the Merchandising team by ensuring the most appropriate assortment for each store in order to maximize sales and profitability, while reducing opportunity costs through effective product and commercial strategies.


Responsibilities:

- Define the optimal product assortment for each store at every stage of the season.

- Maximize profitability by managing the product life cycle and ensuring proper stock rotation.

- Define pricing by option, ensuring a broad and competitive price range.

- Monitor and control margins and markdowns by store, product group, typology, and option.

- Generate and analyze sell-out product reports.

- Define, implement, and follow up on the seasonal changeover calendar.

- Set up store displays by store and size, based on sales forecasts.

- Adjust budgets based on leftover stock availability.

- Conduct weekly budget follow-ups to enable quick actions, such as activating promotions to boost sales.

- Define, implement, and follow up on the Commercial Calendar.

- Analyze weekly store KPIs to identify needs for additional promotions, price adjustments, or assortment changes.

- Align brand campaigns and promotions with the mall's commercial calendar.

- Propose and implement strategies to drive sales growth.


Skills for the Position:

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

- Knowledge of merchandising and inventory management practices.



Requirements for the Position:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Previous experience in merchandising or a similar role.

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
