Outdoor Visitor Experience & Membership Host

The National Trust is seeking a Welcome and Service Team Member for Dunstable Downs. This permanent, part-time role (3 days/week, 7.5 hours per shift) includes Sundays and some Bank Holiday Mondays, and involves outdoor work in all weathers during school holidays and weekends. Online assessment replaces CV submission for this vacancy.

You will join a small team to greet visitors, promote events and memberships, and deliver excellent customer service while helping maintain a welcoming site.
