Outdoor Supported Internship Coach for SEND & Employability

Burton and South Derbyshire College is seeking a part-time Job Coach to support our Supported Interns with academic learning and employability skills. The role is based primarily at Conkers visitor centre in Burton upon Trent, with occasional work at other sites and practical, outdoors-based activities.

The ideal candidate will understand SEND, exhibit strong communication abilities, and be able to differentiate and manage behaviour in a dynamic learner environment.
