Outdoor Support Worker for Non-Verbal Autism & Sensory Needs

Penderels Trust in Alcester is seeking a dedicated support worker for an 8-year-old boy with autism, ADHD and related needs. The role is part-time, on-site, with a salary of £15.75 per hour.

You will assist with personal care, encourage participation in activities, and help build a trusting one-to-one relationship while ensuring safety. A satisfactory DBS disclosure is required and the Disability Confident framework applies.
