Outdoor Refuse Loader - Team-Based Waste Collection

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a Refuse Loader for a large waste management company in Dunstable. The role involves collecting wheelie bins, assisting drivers, and loading waste onto collection vehicles.

This outdoor, physically demanding position offers full training, PPE, weekly pay, and a path to permanent employment after a qualifying period. Hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30, with overtime available.
