Outdoor Recycling Site Operative - Customer Focused & Safe

Biffa Dulcote HWRC is recruiting a Site Operative to help run a busy recycling centre safely and efficiently. You'll work outdoors with the public, ensuring waste is correctly segregated for recycling and that site rules are followed.

As part of the team you'll keep the site clean and well organised, provide friendly customer service, manage waste flow, and support safe, daily operations. Weekend working is required, with rest days allocated during the week.
