Our client, a well respected garden centre group, is seeking a hands on and motivated supervisor - ideally with experience in garden leisure and Christmas retail - to oversee and support their Christmas & Garden Furniture Department.

About the Role

As the Department Supervisor for Outdoor Leisure & Christmas, you'll play a key role in supporting the department's day to day operations. You'll assist with team guidance, help manage stock and merchandising standards, and ensure the team delivers a seamless customer experience. You'll also support the department manager in driving sales and achieving performance goals.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with proven retail supervision experience, ideally in a busy and fast moving environment. Experience in garden leisure or Christmas retail is a strong advantage. You'll need excellent team support and leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to contribute ideas that enhance departmental performance and customer satisfaction.
