Outdoor Catering Assistant - Fast-Paced Centre Kitchen

Essex Outdoors Mersea is looking for enthusiastic catering staff to join our busy team in Danbury from April to September 2026. You will assist the Chefs in preparing quality meals for up to 250 guests while ensuring cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

No prior experience is required; however, candidates must be 16 or older and be ready for a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided, and all staff will undergo a DBS check as part of employment.

The role includes basic food preparation, cleaning, and adherence to health regulations.
