Outdoor Activity Instructor: Climbing & Paddleboard Leader

A leading outdoor learning organization is seeking an enthusiastic Outdoor Activity Instructor for a full-time role in Herefordshire. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality outdoor learning programs, supervising activities like climbing and paddleboarding, and ensuring participant safety. Ideal candidates will hold the Paddle Sports Instructor Award and Climbing Wall Instructor Award. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required. Meals are provided when groups are in residence.
