Outbound Supply Chain Team Lead - Hands-On, Two Shifts

Ferrero is seeking a Team Leader - Outbound Supply Chain to join our Alfreton site. You will lead the outbound team, manage daily priorities and ensure products leave the warehouse safely, accurately and on time.

This hands-on leadership role requires you to balance people management with operational delivery, coordinate shift patterns, monitor stock moves, and drive continuous improvement across SQCDME priorities.
