Outbound SDR Leader: Build & Scale Pipeline

Happl is hiring an SDR Manager in London to build and lead the outbound function from the ground up. You'll hire, coach, and manage a growing SDR team while remaining hands-on in prospecting and playbook development.

You'll own pipeline targets, collaborate with leadership to set coverage aligned with the revenue plan, and ensure qualified conversations feed Account Executives who are excited to close them. This role blends strategy with frontline execution.
