Out-of-Hours Client Services Coordinator Vet Hospital

Royal Veterinary College is seeking a client services coordinator to join the Out of Hours team. The role covers a 19-hour week on a rolling three-week rota, within 6pm-midnight, Mon-Fri, and weekends, to support hospital clients and visitors.

You will liaise with veterinary surgeons and clinical staff, delivering a high level of customer service in a busy setting. You will work alongside clinical teams and students, providing friendly, professional service.
