Out-of-Hours Care Leader - Senior Social Care

Hull City Council is recruiting an Out Of Hours Senior Care Organiser in Hull. Two permanent part-time roles are available: 1 x 32 hours and 1 x 18 hours, with shifts 3:00pm-11:00pm and 11:00pm-7:00am, plus weekend day shifts.

The role delivers flexible, person-centred safeguarding support to vulnerable adults outside office hours. The post holder will work with adults known to social care, hospital partners and locality teams to promote independence, manage risk and respond to crises, ensuring
