Job Description
Southend-on-Sea Monday to Friday Permanent Up to £28,000PA
Are you organised, accurate, and great with customers? We're looking for a proactive Order Processor to join our growing team in Southend-on-Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting customers, working with detail, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing- Determine production and delivery planning requirements for client orders
- Analyse client orders/specifications in line with company manufacturing processes
- Construct and formulate orders via in-house software
- Review client order requirements, record and confirm to client relevant adjustments and discrepancies
- Order external product requirements to facilitate client requests
- Update internal data spreadsheets for external product part requirements
- Troubleshoot and respond to client orders and delivery timeframe queries
- Ensure all documentation/processes are completed in compliance with all standards, policies and procedures
- Previous experience in order processing, administration, or customer service
- Must have a solid understanding of industry product knowledge worked in uPVC / Aluminium, Fenestration Industry
- Computer Literate
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a friendly approach
- Comfortable working with computers and data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary paying Upto £28,000PA
- Supportive, friendly team environment
- Monday - Friday working (no weekends)
