Full Time Monday to Friday 42.5 Hours per Week
Are you an organised and detail-focused administrator who takes pride in producing accurate work and providing excellent customer service?
We are looking for an Order Processor / Administrator to join our team. This is an important role supporting the smooth operation of the business by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, materials are ordered on time and manufacturing information is prepared correctly.
This position would suit someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, takes ownership of their work and gains satisfaction from ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
What You'll Be DoingYou will be administering customer orders from receipt through to manufacture, interacting with customers, suppliers and colleagues across the business to ensure orders, manufacturing information and procurement of materials run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:- Processing customer orders using specialist industry software
- Managing customer sign-off documentation and ensuring projects progress smoothly.
- Checking the costs of procuring materials and informing the Sales Team of any impact on their estimates
- Recording deliveries to support production schedules and resolving any damaged goods with the supplier.
- Producing clear and accurate manufacturing documentation for the factory
- Providing technical support and information to customers
- Working closely with colleagues across sales, manufacturing and management
We're seeking someone who is dependable, methodical and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. You will ideally have:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong IT skills and confidence using software systems
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- A willingness to learn technical product information
