As part of this project, your role as Order Management and Supply Chain Key Specialist will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine Staffing requirements on a continuous, proactive basis & develop a plan to fulfill the same by streamlining the new process viz. capacity re-scoping
- Manage the Interface between Customer team & Operations team to secure the delivery outcomes and realization of benefits whilst maintaining BAU.
- Management of the group of teams, order management department operations to meet Service Level Agreement requirements
- Responsible for delivery towards Customer in liaison with Process Head
- Independent point of contact for solving customer queries in liaison with Process Head
- Meeting Customer's expectations / targets / metrics / Key Performance Indicators
- Development & Implementation of strategies for ensuring Customer satisfaction & retention
- Productivity / Efficiency metrics proposals, implementation and follow-up
- Monitoring & Ensuring the usage of the Customer's tools / follow up of the Customer's processes & procedures, at department level
- Business processes management as to improve the delivered quality and the effective usage of resources in the department
- Monitoring of employees' / teams' activity, ensuring the requested level of knowledge & (cross processes / teams) training
- Business financial control driving by awareness of / focus on costs and budgets
- Ensures motivation and leadership for the department's employees
- Conducts one-to-one meetings / individual performance appraisals with Assistant Managers
- Supervises the planning & execution of the people / teams (cross) training, acting also as trainer / mentor / coach as applicable
- Keeps a permanent relation with the department's people, to be aware of any issue emerging
- Would be extending operational/transactional support during seasonal peaks
Required Skills and Experience:
Availability to start Mid-July
- Computer skills, MS Office package required.
- Enterprise Resource Planning system (basic knowledge)
- People management (small / medium size team)
- Customer relations management / supply chain / logistics / statistics experience
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
