Order Entry / Customer Relations Administrator Wisbech, Cambridgeshire

Celebrating our 54th year in component distribution, we are delighted to be recruiting for a person to join our customer relations team.

Working from our offices in Wisbech we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Relations Administrator to join our team.

This role is key to ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders across both UK and export markets while supporting customer relations and credit control functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders for both UK and export customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate customer deliveries and manage courier bookings using online systems.
  • Support Customer Relations and Credit Control with a variety of administrative tasks.

Previous data entry experience is preferable (although training will be given) and it is expected that all applicants will display fast and accurate keyboard and data entry skills as well as intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience using AS400 (or similar systems) is desirable. You have a confident and professional telephone manner, strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
