Oracle Recruitment Product Owner (Contract)

Role Overview
Join a major digital transformation program, migrating an existing Oracle E-business Suite to Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll. This is a massive global implementation covering approximately 2 million employees. You will have the ultimate ownership and sign-off on the "best-fit" design and solution for the Oracle Recruitment domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Ownership and Design: Own the final "best-fit" solution design for the Oracle Recruitment product area. You are the final decision-maker on key design decisions for the product.
  • Cross-Vendor Coordination: Lead and coordinate the Recruitment "squad". This involves managing the core Oracle implementation team, strategic designers, and a design agency, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Product Assurance: Possess an in-depth understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and Recruitment features and limitations to challenge and approve solutions proposed by the technical team.
  • Consulting Skills: Demonstrate strong consulting skills to manage different vendors and stakeholders within the project consortium.
  • User Experience Focus: Ensure the solution delivers an optimal user experience in addition to a robust technical process.

Job Details

  • Contract Type: Contract/Freelance (Inside IR35).
  • Initial Contract Duration: 2 years (for the build/pilot phase).
  • Start Date: As soon as possible, ideally within two weeks.
  • Location: Hybrid (Based in the UK, with expected travel for workshops to a main project site and potentially other user sites, approximately 1-2 times per month).
