We?re looking for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) expert to take ownership of recruitment technology and deliver smarter, more efficient hiring solutions. If You're confident configuring ORC, shaping product strategy, and working with senior stakeholders, this role puts you at the centre of transforming recruitment for a large, complex organisation.
What You'll be doing
- Lead on all things Oracle Recruiting Cloud - from configuration and testing to troubleshooting and release management.
- Partner with recruitment leaders, HR, payroll, finance, and EPM teams to make sure recruitment technology works seamlessly across the wider HR ecosystem.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions, keeping priorities aligned with resources and strategy.
- Own feature design and configuration across the full recruitment life cycle, including candidate capture, scheduling, and offer management.
- Guide testing, training, and change management when new recruitment functionality or system enhancements go live.
- Use recruitment data, metrics, and feedback to identify issues, measure efficiency, and deliver meaningful improvements.
- Create clear solution proposals and business cases, presenting recommendations to leadership and driving informed decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with technical and development teams to ensure successful deployments.
- Champion continuous improvement and deliver recruitment systems that support organisational priorities.
What You'll bring
- Oracle Analytics Cloud reporting
- Background as a functional lead, product specialist, or SME within recruitment systems.
- Familiarity with product strategy, backlog management, and road mapping.
- Experience in the public sector or large-scale/shared services recruitment (desirable).
- Solid understanding of the Oracle HCM life cycle, including quarterly release cycles.
- Ability to analyse requirements, manage stakeholders, and balance competing priorities
