Your Mission

Within the Analytical Applications section of the IT department, you will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and migration of databases.

Your Responsibilities

• Administration of Oracle and PostgreSQL database components
• Migration of Oracle databases
• Management of backups and restorations
• Monitoring and resolving incidents and performance degradations
• Providing on-call support occasionally when required

Your Profile

• Higher education qualification in IT or engineering
• Proven experience as an Oracle and PostgreSQL DBA on Linux
• Required experience migrating Oracle databases from 12c to 19c
• Required experience installing and maintaining PostgreSQL databases
• Ability to independently migrate large databases using:
• XTTS
• RMAN CONVERT
• Data Pump
• Good professional level of English essential, with French as desirable
• Good listening skills, communication ability, and teamwork capability

• On-client site in Central Luxembourg
