Oracle EBS Core HR /Payroll Technical Architect

We're looking for an Oracle EBS Core HR /Payroll Technical Architect to support EBS Core HR / Payroll modules for UK public sector clients. You'll need expert knowledge of UK Core HR / Payroll processes and proven experience with Oracle Core HR / Payroll guiding & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.
Your RoleAs an Oracle EBS HCM Technical Architect, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients & supporting existing solutions. Your focus will be on ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules, specifically Core HR/ Payroll for the UK public sector.
You'll need a deep understanding of all Core HR, UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle EBS Core HR / Payroll in the UK public sector. You'll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, transitioning from current system and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll provide necessary support & guidance to existing solution.
Responsibilities- Lead and support Oracle EBS HCM, specifically focusing on Core HR / Payroll for UK clients.
 - Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of Core HR, UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
 - Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, particularly within the UK Public sector.
 - Lead the transition of ongoing system.
 - Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Custom Forms, Performance Tuning.
 - Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Payroll and other relevant modules.
 
- Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle EBS HCM for Core HR and Payroll modules for UK.
 - Candidate should be proficient in all the Core HR, UK Payroll.
 - Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Custom Forms, Performance Tuning, Payroll batch loader.
 - Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
 - Knowledge and Support of existing solutions.
 - Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log.
 
- Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
 - Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.
 - Should have excellent problem-solving skills.
 - Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members.
 - Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies & ITIL Methodologies.
