Job Title: Oracle Data Migration Lead

Location: Belfast based client with occasional onsite travel required

Duration: 9 months with potential extension to 12 months

Rate: Up to £800 per day via approved umbrella company

Clearance: BPSS

Are you an experienced Data Migration professional looking to play a key role in a major Oracle transformation programme? Our client is seeking an Oracle Data Migration Lead to take ownership of the data migration workstream, providing leadership, governance, stakeholder management, and delivery oversight across a complex enterprise environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a large-scale Oracle implementation, acting as the primary escalation point for all data migration matters and ensuring the successful migration of critical business data.

What you'll be doing:
  • Leading the end-to-end data migration workstream and managing overall delivery activities.
  • Developing and maintaining workstream plans, governance controls, RAID logs, and status reporting.
  • Coordinating data migration activities across multiple teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Providing guidance on migration strategy, planning, and execution activities.
  • Supporting the resolution of data extraction, transformation, and data load issues.
  • Acting as the key customer contact and escalation point for all migration-related matters.
  • Engaging with business SMEs and senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes.
What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience leading large-scale data migration workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of data migration methodologies, governance, and best practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing plans, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and reporting.
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and delivery partners.
  • Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and/or Oracle Fusion Applications.
