Should lead the architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle Service Cloud solutions, aligning with client business objectives, best practices, and future scalability.
Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
Good understanding of Oracle Service Cloud product functionality.
Extensive hands-on experience in working in Agile environment.
Good Client Management and Vendor Management skills.
